Artisans of Umbria
at Poggio Belvedere

There are places you visit in Italy, and then there are the people and experiences that stay with you long after you've returned home. Hosted by Kaila & Ludovico Terraneo.

April 17–22, 2027 | Limited to 10 guests | €500 Deposit

A family-run ceramics workshop where generations of knowledge are passed down by hand. The rhythmic sounds of historic textile looms. An introduction to a designer whose work you might never have discovered on your own. Finding something exceptional to bring home, made by someone whose story you now know. This is the world of Artisans of Umbria.

Hosted by Vero at our private countryside estate, Poggio Belvedere, this exclusive five-night retreat invites you to discover Italy through its craftsmanship, design, traditions, and the remarkable people behind them. We've spent years building relationships with artisans, designers, and family businesses throughout Umbria. For this special week, we're opening those doors, bringing you into workshops and ateliers, introducing you to the people behind the creations, and sharing places we believe are truly worth discovering.

Whether you're looking for inspiration, exceptional shopping, or simply a more personal way to experience Italy, expect remarkable encounters, beautiful discoveries, and a few surprises along the way. And, of course, exceptional food, wonderful wines, and memorable dining experiences are part of every day.
