“We booked the Olive Harvest Retreat and it was one of our favorite vacations of all time. Poggio Belvedere is breathtakingly beautiful, but what made it unforgettable were the people — the local farmers, winemakers and friends we met along the way. We harvested olives, watched them pressed into liquid gold at a local mill, tasted incredible wine, cooked under a Michelin chef, and shared our favorite meal yet with the owners of Poggio Belvedere. We left fed, refreshed, and already planning our return.”
