For six nights, you’ll stay on our 17th-century estate overlooking vineyards and olive groves, and take part in the rhythms, flavours, and traditions of the harvest.
This retreat blends hands-on experiences with quiet mornings, beautiful meals, walks through local towns, and unforgettable moments around the table.

An expansive two-bedroom apartment boasting jaw-dropping views within the main farmhouse that offers a thoughtful balance of privacy and connection.
Guests staying in Nostro share a beautifully appointed kitchen, dining room, and lounge with just one other bedroom, creating a relaxed and social atmosphere throughout the retreat.
On a small number of scheduled retreat experiences—and occasionally in the event of rain—the shared kitchen and dining room may also be used for indoor hosted meals, cooking demonstrations, or wine tastings. These moments are planned in advance and thoughtfully coordinated, with guest comfort always in mind.
Nostro Ensuite Bedroom
The apartment's largest bedroom features the estate's only king-size bed, a private ensuite bathroom, and generous proportions.

Deposit
A €500 deposit per guest secures your reservation.
The remaining balance may be paid in full (due February 8th, 2027) or through a simple installment plan, making it easy to spread the cost over the months leading up to your retreat.
We offer six unique spaces for the retreat, each with its own character and level of privacy.
Pricing reflects six nights, all meals, all experiences, all wine, transport, and your 5L EVOO box shipped home.
