There’s something quietly powerful about Umbria in November.

The air shifts. The hills turn golden. The scent of woodsmoke and earth lingers in the breeze.

And on a hilltop estate perched between vineyard rows and olive trees, something special begins.

Come Harvest With Us

We’re opening Poggio Belvedere for a one-time, intimate experience this November: a week of harvest, connection, and the purest flavors of Umbria.

At the center of it all: our centuries-old olive grove. 80 trees. No pesticides. Generations of wisdom. And a chance for you to be part of the process.

You’ll walk the grove. Harvest the olives by hand alongside local farmers. Watch the mill transform fruit into oil. And receive 5L of our fresh extra virgin olive oil, shipped straight to your home in an eco-friendly bag-in-box, designed to preserve every drop.

What You’ll Do

This isn’t just about olives.
It’s about the flavors of fall in Umbria — truffles, wine, seasonal produce, and slow meals shared around the table.
